In short

• This website does not collect personal data. It has no forms, accounts, cookies, adverts or visitor statistics.
• It only keeps the language and theme (light or dark) you choose, on your own device.
• If you email us, we only use your details to reply.

1. Who we are

We are Farol Development, based in Portugal. Contact: info@faroldevelopment.com.

2. What stays on your device

To show the website in the language and theme you picked, your browser stores those two preferences on your device (‘local storage’). They are not sent to us, and you can delete them at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify. Like any web server, Netlify may log technical details of requests (such as IP address, browser and time) to keep the service secure and running, under its own privacy policy. We do not use that information to identify anyone.

4. If you write to us

If you email info@faroldevelopment.com, we keep your message and email address only for as long as we need to reply and deal with it.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete any data we hold about you (in practice, only the emails you sent us). Write to info@faroldevelopment.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to Portugal's data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page.
